What is your pet policy?
You don't have to disguise your pet. We require a $250.00 non-refundable pet deposit along with $10.00 per month in pet rent! No aggressive breeds allowed, animals must be under 25lbs and all animals must be leashed at all times... oh yeah and you MUST pick up after your animal.
What are your rental qualifications?
We require our tenant’s gross monthly income to be equal to three (3) times the rent amount and proof of income is required and verified. No eviction history, or any landlord debt owed; if any the debt must be paid in full and/or payment plan set up an verified. We will perform a credit check and any credit scores under 600 or with excessive debt will require an additional deposit.
All applicants will undergo a criminal background check. Any and all misdemeanors related to violence, injury to persons, sexual offenses, or drugs within the last 10 years may be denied at owner’s discretion. No felonies within the last 10 years will be accepted.
My credit isn't great, can I still rent from your company?
Absolutely! However, you must meet other criteria and an additional deposit will be required.
How much is your application fee?
$50.00 Non-refundable per applicant over the age of 18.
How much is the security deposit? Is it refundable?
$500.00 is our standard security deposit. This deposit is fully refundable less any damages or lawful charges 30 days after your lease end date.
What kind of rental properties do you have?
All kinds. We do however specialize in moderate lifestyle living apartments and duplexes.
Do your properties have washers and dryers in them?
Complicated question...with a complicated answer... some of our apartments include washers and dryers and some do not. Please ask at the time of viewing units whether or not the specific unit of interest includes one.
How do I pay my rent?
You may pay your rent via the online tenant portal. You may pay with checks or money orders however, you may also request a cash pay card from your Manager. Cash pay cards allow you to cut the middle man out... ask your property for details!
